Central Texas Sinus & Allergy, a two-physician practice serving the Austin metropolitan area with a comprehensive sinus and allergy program, partnered with Parallel ENT & Allergy in December 2025. The transaction was the first of three Texas-market deals Cassian Health Partners closed for Parallel in a six-week window.
Austin's growth profile and the practice's combined sinus-plus-allergy revenue mix made it a strategic anchor for Parallel's central Texas expansion. The two-physician structure, both partners aligned on a long-term partnership versus an outright exit, also gave the deal an unusually clean transition path, with both founding physicians taking meaningful rollover equity.
We led the practice through a structured process: pre-process diligence cleanup, financial modeling, buyer targeting, and the LOI-through-close work. The transaction closed in December 2025; both founding physicians continue to practice as part of the Parallel platform.
