Texas Sinus & Snoring, a high-volume Houston practice founded by Dr. Ben Cilento, joined Parallel ENT & Allergy in a partnership that broadens Parallel's Texas footprint and adds a destination sinus and sleep-surgery program to the platform.
The practice is recognized regionally for its concentration in nasal and sleep surgery, including a meaningful share of in-office procedures. Dr. Cilento has invested heavily in proprietary techniques and high-definition audiovisual capture systems that support both clinical training and patient communication, both attributes that translated directly into a premium valuation in the process.
We advised Texas Sinus & Snoring on the full transaction lifecycle: financial preparation and normalization, buyer targeting across both ENT-focused and multi-specialty platforms, IOI/LOI negotiation, due diligence support, and definitive agreement work. The competitive process produced multiple offers and meaningfully outperformed the practice's first inbound indication.
The transaction closed in January 2026. Dr. Cilento continues to lead clinical operations under the Parallel banner, with rollover equity participating in the platform's next exit.
